Erika Zink

Erika Zink is the Director of Client Services for our online reporting product. Her
patience and friendly personality make her a perfect fit for helping new clients get
oriented with the product as well as providing ongoing support. She also works closely
with the IT Department assisting in the development of new products and improvements.

Erika began working at Pay Plus Benefits while at the same time earning her degree
from Washington State University. She graduated in 2003 with a B.A. in Humanities with
an emphasis in Communications and a Minor in Human Resources. Prior to her current
position at Pay Plus Benefits, she served as an Account Manager for 70 of our clients
with over 400 employees. This experience gave her a unique understanding about the
needs of our customers, making it an easy transition to her current career focus.

In her spare time Erika likes to hang out with her family, volunteer at church, clean and
organize her house (who enjoys that?), and watch her favorite TV shows. She’s also a
talented actress, having starred in many church plays and a few performances in high
school.
