As Benefits Administrator, Melissa Lind works hard to ensure every one of our
clients’
eligible employees are enrolled in our benefits plan. She enters and audits all employee benefits enrollments including COBRA management. And if you have a question about benefits, she’s the one you’ll talk to! She also processes payroll for some of our clients. Melissa grew up in Sunnyside, Washington on her family’s dairy farm. She received her formal education at Central Washington University, where she earned a degree in both Finance and Human Resource Management. Since then she’s been dedicated to Pay Plus Benefits for a total of 12 wonderful years. If Melissa could be anyone else she would be a professional triathlete who lives somewhere warm year round – like Hawaii! In her free time she likes to hang out with her husband and 3 beautiful children, travel, and you guessed it – run, bike, and swim! The farthest she’s traveled is Capri, Italy… thankfully she did not get there using any of the 3 above methods.
