Terry Meade
Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, Terry Meade spends his time developing and
maintaining Pay Plus Benefits’ IT systems and online reporting products. He is also a
part of our 24/7 monitor and response team. What he loves most about his job is that
he gets to see his projects all the way through from design to execution, instead of
specializing in only a few tasks like most “traditional” IT professionals.

Terry has over 10 years of programming experience in a large variety of programming
languages. He studied at Columbia Basin Community College for 2 years working
towards an A.A.S. in Computer Science with a focus in programming before
transferring to Washington State University to pursue his Bachelors degree in
Computer Science.

In his free time Terry likes to spend time with family and friends, watch movies, work
on home projects, fish, play Rock Band, and you guessed it… sit at his computer.
When he was younger he liked to spend time with his father taking Taekwondo classes.
That is, until one day someone kicked and broke one of his ribs. To this day it slightly
protrudes from his rib cage but on the bright side, he can now count to 10 in Japanese
because of it!
